I’m the boss; you’re the boss. In this culture it seems we are so concerned about who the boss is, from little kids playing king of the hill, to that new employee down at the local factory. If you’ve ever wondered how to work with an editor, how to stand up for your words when it matters most, or how to take good advice without losing your “boss” T-shirt and flip-flops, this is the article for you!
